A highly reputable Law firm that's admired around the world is seeking another Legal PA for one of their newly developed teams!
Salary - £46,000
Location - St Paul's
Hybrid - 3:2

Despite their modest size this firm has gained a brilliant reputation within their sector and can boast an impressive client base that's full of household names.
Working in their IT & Digital team, typical allocations include two Partners and a handful of associates so you'll have plenty of work to keep you busy but won't be tearing your hair out. The team itself are full of likeable, light-hearted characters often arranging socials and the office environment relaxed which will allow you to settle in in no time at all.
It's beneficial if you've worked in the areas above but the firm also take a refreshing approach and will consider other areas, corporate or commercial especially, as your skills are transferable!
For an idea of the duties involved, please see the list below:
- Effective and proactive diary management, and awareness of Fee Earners' workloads to plan ahead
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Fee Earners' matters
- Researches new clients/contacts and prepares bios before meetings, and conducts basic research (on-line or otherwise) for Fee Earners when required
- Arranges travel and any other activities on behalf of others, where appropriate
- Provides excellent service to clients, both internal and external, in a timely and professional manner, presenting a positive image of the Firm at all times
- Provides assistance in the delivery of marketing communications, and records all business development meetings in InterAction
- Organises business development meetings and events for Fee Earners, and assists in the production of business development materials in liaison with the Marketing team
- Creates typed work of a high quality, formatting in accordance with house style, at high speed, with accuracy
- Makes effective use of the Document Management System
- Proactively uses initiative to compose and send on behalf of Fee Earners, correspondence
- Prepares bills (including bill narratives) with minimal supervision, as required by Fee Earners
- Carries out conflict searches and prepares/obtains relevant AML documentation
