Legal PA - Employment - £44,000 + WFH 2 days pw - 12 Month FTC

• Based near Liverpool Street
• Paying up to £44,000
• 12 Month FTC
• Reporting into the Secretarial Manager
• Supporting Partner level with a degree of autonomy
• Hybrid working policy - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Duties Include

• Acting as a gatekeeper for Partners and other Fee Earners
• Email management
• Build strong working relationships with other allocated Fee Earners
• Proactive diary management
• Arranging global travel
• Attend and contribute to team meetings
• Draft, create and amend high quality correspondence, documents, agendas, reports, presentations etc
• Organise internal and external meetings

Candidate Requirements

• Previous PA experience, gained within a Law firm.
• Previous experience of working within a Legal environment and maintaining working relationships with all levels of Fee Earners.
