Admin Team Leader (Law firm) - £44k!

Do you have admin supervisory experience gained within an office environment? This is the role for you!

Role overview:

Managing the workflow, absences, and performance of the Administrators in the team.

Working for a leading International law firm in central London!! They boast one of the best reputations in London and are a previous law firm of the year winner!

Salary: up to £44k

Fully office based: As the administrators also work 5 days in the office

Location: City

Duties include:

• Directing appropriate resource and managing workloads
• 1:1 meetings with Administrators
• Manage absences and attendance
• Identify training needs within the team
• Assist with recruitment and new starter processes
• Organise and lead team meetings
• Implement new training throughout the team

Experience required:

• Some supervisory experience
