Remote Document Production Operator needed for one of the world's largest law firms! Salary - £33,000 Location - fully remote position; work from home, the pub, wherever you like! Hybrid - see above! This Document Production Operator position is working 9:00-5:00pm and the successful candidate will benefit from their modern approach by completing this role on a remote basis. Duties you can expect are: Extensive Document Production (creating, formatting and amending) across all Firm's systems. Managing document conversions. Preparing Pitch Documents. Transcribing BigHand dictations. Populating LaserForms. Producing Excel data sets Producing PowerPoint presentations and using software i.e. Templafy. Work closely with our Brand department to ensure documents are in House-style. Proof read and quality check work to ensure it is completed to the highest standard - including checking all amendments have been made and ensuring document makes logical and grammatical sense. Providing support to users on technical document production queries. Ability to repair problem documents either on own or with support from IT. Test and troubleshoot new IT systems and ensure these are smoothly rolled out, working alongside IT/Brand/BD Departments as appropriate. Share knowledge and proactively suggest changes as appropriate across the team to enable continuous improvement. FULLY REMOTE Document Production Specialist (9.00am - 5.00pm) leading Global law firm - £33,000 Responsibilities Extensive Document Production (creating, formatting and amending) across all Firm's systems. Managing document conversions. Preparing Pitch Documents. Tikit-linking documents. Transcribing BigHand dictations. Using BigHand Now hub to work on tasks. Populating LaserForms. Producing Excel data sets (as directed). Producing PowerPoint presentations and using software (as directed) i.e. Templafy. Work closely with our Brand department to ensure documents are in House-style. Accurately interpret fee-earner instructions and seek clarification when needed if instructions are complex. Proof read and quality check work to ensure it is completed to the highest standard - including checking all amendments have been made and ensuring document makes logical and grammatical sense. Ensure fee-earner/Practice Support Executive is kept up to date with progress on their work request. Ensure documents are delivered in the required timescale - escalating as appropriate to the DP Manager and keep fee-earner/PSE updated, with as much notice as possible, if a deadline will not be met and reason for deadline not being met. Use judgement to refer outstanding work to our outsource provider, to enable deadline to be met, liaising with the DPM as appropriate. Providing support to users on technical document production queries. Ability to repair problem documents either on own or with support from IT.
