Sian joined JM Legal in 2014, and quickly established herself as an integral member of the JM Legal team.  After previously operating as a HR Advisor within a top tier law firm in Central London, Sian has been able to combine her HR expertise and knowledge of the recruitment process with her natural ability to understand the needs of a candidate or client and deliver what they want.  This has helped Sian become one of the most complete Recruiters in the current marketplace and an invaluable asset to our team at JM Legal.   The combination of these skills and experience has enabled Sian to develop a unique understanding of the recruitment process from both a Client and Candidate perspective, and deliver a truly comprehensive service to all parties she works with.

Sian handles vacancies across; EA, PA, Legal Secretarial and the majority of business services sectors including Reception/Front of House, Facilities/General Office, Legal Accounts & Finance, Marketing and Business Development, filling roles requiring candidates from Junior to Executive level.

Sian is both a dedicated Account Manager to her comprehensive client list and a very thorough Candidate Consultant dealing with permanent, FTC and temporary vacancies, capable of delivering informed career advice, market information and comprehensive support throughout the job seeking process and always ensuring  every step is tailored to the needs of each candidate.
