Lee Laming is JM Legal's longest serving Recruitment Consultant.  Lee joined JM Legal in 1996 and almost 25 years later, it is fairly safe to say, his name has become synonomous with recruitment within the legal support market.  It cannot be taken for granted that such longevity brings a wealth of experience, an unrivalled reach to contacts throughout the industry, and an outstanding list of referrals and reccommendations from those he has worked with throughout this time.  Lee is a key member of the recruitment team at JM Legal and still operates with the same intensity and passion which allowed him to build the strong working relationships that have now become the pillars of his success with us.

Lee is one of our busiest Account Managers, managing one of JM Legal's most comprehensive client portfolios, however due to his wealth of experience, Lee still successfully operates in a dual role, working with candidates from junior to executive level and pairing them with the numerous vacancies he is regularly instructed on by some of the most recognisable law practices in the legal world.

Lee has extensive experience recruiting for a wide range of law firms from Magic Circle law firms to smaller practices and at all levels from junior to executive. He delivers a range of bespoke services for clients including temporary and permanent recruitment, recruitment process design, development and delivery of assessment centres, and has consistently achieved exceptional feedback from clients and candidates alike.
